In 1986, I earned a degree in Applied Science.  Post graduation, I traveled abroad where I was employed mainly in the United Kingdom.  In the early 1990’s, I returned to the United States to care for my ailing parents.  Since that time, I have become an active member of my community, working with neighborhood staples such as The Portland Museum, The Neighborhood House, and the Portland Branch of the Louisville Free Public Library.  Here I was able to lead and organize events that fostered a sense of community and promoted education.  For example, in 2003 I had the pleasure to represent the community of the Portland neighborhood at the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Celebration held at Louisville Waterfront Park.  Alongside other local nonprofit organizations, the thirteen day celebration was a major success.

I achieved my Real Estate and Broker’s license from Thornton’s Real Estate Academy, headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  I am proud to say that I took part in the first online classes offered from this institution in the state of Kentucky. In 2008, I joined the Semonin Realtors team.  Through their educational program, I received a New Construction designation as well as completed the Semonin University.  These training classes gave me a firm understanding of all forms used in transactions dealing with real estate.  In 2009, I joined Compass Realtors, located in Southern Indiana, where I began working with various companies to perform BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions) for distressed or refinancing properties.  A typical BPO compares similar properties that have recently sold in the area and adjustments are made to compensate for differences.  This allows for the most reliable estimate of the current value of the property as it compares the mortgage balance, and recommending solutions.

I hold a SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) certification from The National Association of REALTORS® that is given to REALTORS® who aid buyers and sellers in the navigation of these complicated transactions.  There is even more of a need for this professional expertise as the number of distressed sales increases.  The certification program includes training seminars on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, limit risk for both parties, and provides resources to ensure that REALTORS® stay current on national and state-specific information.  This is vital as the market is constantly evolving.

Combining my years of experience and education, in 2011 I opened my own brokerage, Timeless Real Estate Services.  My company provides a wide variety of knowledge for those who are buying and selling in the fair market.  I can also provide guidance for those that are seeking to invest in the vast foreclosures or rental market.  Timeless Property Management is an additional service that we offer to help support those who are investing in rental property.  There are three services available, providing choices that best suit your unique needs.

Professional advice and knowledgeable service is always on hand that is derived from my years of experience.  Furthermore, I have developed an extensive network of local professionals.  I am confident that I will be able to help with all of your needs and help you achieve success.

I eagerly look forward to doing business with you.

Besides being a Realtor I love local history. I have put together a collection that I hope you like. If you have any photographs or stories you would like to add contact me. I am sure others will love to read them.
